Frugal Prepping: Homemade Sausage 4 Ways: Italian Fennel, Andouille, Spicy and Breakfast

Welcome to Tomorrowaday Farms. Today we did some frugal prep work to save us time in the long run. We had found a deal on ground pork and thought to make a bunch of sausage for future meals.
We made 4 different kinds and I hope you enjoy them. Would love to hear if you try any of them and what you thought. Please always keep in mind that I lower my salt rate for Michael.

Recipes Here we go!!!

Italian Fennel Sausage:
1 Pound Ground Pork
2 Tbsp Fresh Garlic minced ( 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder)
2 Tbsp Onion Graded ( 1 Tbsp Onion Powder )
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Tomato Skins along with 1 Tsp Fennel in a coffee grinder or 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste and then grind the fennel separate
1 Tsp chili flakes

Andouille Sausage
1 Pound ground pork
2 Tbsp Garlic minced or 1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp Onion Minced or Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp thyme
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp sage
1/8 Tsp allspice

Spicy Sausage:
1 pound Ground Pork
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic or 1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp minced onion or 1 Tbsp onion powder
1/4 Cup Tomato Skins and 1 tsp Savory ( blended) or 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste and savory mixed seperate
1 Tbsp Chipotle Chili Powder ( Optional ) or 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Sage
1 Tsp Salt

Breakfast or Maple Flavour Sausage
1 Pound ground pork
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Maple Extract
1/8 Tsp sage
1/2 tsp chili flakes
